About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", "your") and Patient Acquisition Hub Ltd, trading as Try Review Bloom ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15431935).

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Try Review Bloom platform at tryreviewbloom.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

The Service

Try Review Bloom provides a review automation platform that enables local service businesses to:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Eligibility

To use Try Review Bloom you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a business owner or authorised representative of a business entity
• Be operating a legitimate business with genuine customers
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
• Be based in or operating within the United Kingdom (our service currently operates in the UK only)

By registering, you confirm you meet all eligibility criteria above. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Account Registration

When you create an account with Try Review Bloom, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account details up to date at all times
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Subscription & Payment

Plans & billing

Try Review Bloom is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the plan frequency you select (monthly or annually). All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly described at the point of sign-up. At the end of the trial period your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the platform until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for eligible consumers). One-off setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Try Review Bloom only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the platform to:

Prohibited activities

• Send review requests to individuals who have not had a genuine commercial relationship with your business
• Solicit, incentivise, or offer rewards in exchange for reviews (in violation of Google's policies)
• Send messages to contacts who have opted out of communications from your business
• Upload contact data that you do not have the legal right to use for marketing purposes
• Generate, post, or facilitate fake or misleading reviews
• Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited messages in bulk (spam)
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform terms (including Google's review policies)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of our platform
• Use the platform to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Your Responsibilities

Contact data compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all customer contact data you upload or connect to our platform has been collected lawfully and that you have a valid lawful basis under UK GDPR to use it for sending review request communications.

Message content

While we provide message templates, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the content of all messages sent to your customers. You must not enable messaging that is misleading, offensive, or in breach of applicable laws.

Google Business Profile

You are responsible for maintaining a valid and active Google Business Profile. Try Review Bloom is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We cannot guarantee that reviews generated through our platform will not be removed or filtered by Google.

CRM integrations

When you connect a third-party CRM (e.g. Jobber, Housecall Pro), you are responsible for ensuring your use of that data sync is permitted under your agreement with that CRM provider and applicable data protection law.

Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Try Review Bloom platform are owned by or licensed to Patient Acquisition Hub Ltd and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our express written consent.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of all customer data, message templates, and business information you provide to us. By using the platform, you grant Try Review Bloom a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that data solely to deliver the services described in these Terms.

Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Try Review Bloom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect personal data. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Processing Agreement

To the extent that we process personal data on your behalf (your customers' data), we do so as a data processor under UK GDPR. Our Privacy Policy includes the terms of our data processing arrangement. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to those data processing terms.

Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel, Twilio, Zapier, Stripe, and Google. These integrations are provided for your convenience and are subject to the respective third-party's own terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service. If a third-party integration becomes unavailable or changes its terms, this may affect features of our platform. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any material changes.

Any links from our platform to external websites are provided for information only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of any external site.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Try Review Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any specific number of reviews will be generated by using our service
• Reviews collected through our platform will not be filtered or removed by Google
• Your Google Maps ranking will improve by any specific amount or within any specific timeframe
• Results achieved by other clients will be replicated for your business

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patient Acquisition Hub Ltd shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
• Losses arising from Google's removal or filtering of reviews
• Losses arising from third-party service outages or changes
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws or these Terms

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patient Acquisition Hub Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection law
• Your use of customer contact data in a manner that infringes third-party rights
• Any claim brought by one of your customers arising from a review request you authorised
• Your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms

Suspension & Termination

Termination by you

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be closed and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination or suspension by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We reasonably believe you are using the platform to send spam or fake review requests
• You fail to pay any subscription fees when due
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
• We decide to discontinue the platform (with reasonable notice)

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, business, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are domiciled.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before commencing legal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
